We are now looking for a new colleague to join our highly ambitious team in Stockholm as Digital & Transformation Project Manager Nordics. You will be responsible for a selection of strategic projects including the implementation of digital tools and IT systems across the Nordic region, including Sweden, Norway and Denmark. Additional initiatives can include engaging teams across the Nordics to leverage digital ways of working, IoT and data analytics. The role includes designing, executing and managing strategic projects with multiple stakeholders and complex dependencies. will interact with all lines of business and levels of the organization and drive strategic decision making as well as operational and technical topics.
Your responsibilities
Be responsible for leading the implementation of digital tools and IT systems within Nordic countries, ensuring a coordinated approach across the whole business with the Operations, HR and Finance functions.
Align closely with central operating unit project stakeholders and implementation teams to ensure that plans are detailed, deadlines are met, resources are allocated, and the projects are completed on budget.
Design roadmaps that detail the various phases in the implementation and strategize around feasibility, capabilities, constraints, risks, and impact.
Define and develop regional and local project plans, identify interdependencies and critical paths, lead on-line meetings and conference calls to update and collaborate with various stakeholders.
Liaise with senior stakeholders and key users to understand and bridge needs, functionality, training and potential concerns.
Perform continuous management of scope, change, cost, time, and quality as well as management of project resources and competencies.
Leverage best practice in digital transformation and implementation across the project lifecycle, including initiation, assessment, design, testing, training, and deployment.
Scope, plan, mobilize, execute, and drive strategic initiatives across the organization.

Your profile
Transformation, business development or project management background.
Ability to plan, manage and monitor a portfolio of complex projects.
Experience in implementing new digital tools across large organizations.
Very good experience and ability to deconstruct, harmonize, analyze, and synthesize complex data and facts.
Experience of program management including simultaneous management of multiple implementation projects across varying organizational disciplines and functions.
Persistent, enthusiastic, and highly structured problem solver with excellent communication skills.
Ability to speak and work in a Nordic language and fluency in English is mandatory.
Good presentation skills with ability to interact with all levels of the company, from shop-floor to board level.
Available for occasional travel across the Nordics.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or similar.
At least 3 years of management experience, preferably gained in a leading project management organization, performance/continuous improvement, or consulting role.
