About your job
You manage the adoption of our Microsoft 365 services delivered via the SMR Digital Workplace Service globally. In close cooperation with the business, you coordinate and drive the technology innovation and provide support with digital shift in transformation by utilizing our digital workplace services. You’re responsible for, and publish, learning and knowledge content on our digital hub, intranet as well as communication management and make sure to share relevant information to our stakeholders. To help us stay up do date and adapt our IT services to new business demands, you organize Microsoft 365 changes to a relevant number and identify necessary communication, marketing, documentation and training material to share towards both internal stakeholders and external suppliers.


The location for this position is either at Sandbacka Park in Sandviken or at Gasverket in Stockholm, Sweden


Who you are?
We’re looking for an experienced professional with at least a bachelor’s degree or similar work experience. You don’t necessarily need a background in IT, it can be from marketing, sales or communication – the most important when taking on this role is your genuine interest for IT combined with a passion to learn and develop. You feel comfortable with technology and engaging in technical conversations, and previous work in Sandvik is a plus. Acting in a truly global environment calls for excellent English skills, verbally and in writing. Knowledge in Swedish is a plus.


With good communications and marketing skills, you have no problem in interacting digitally and can build strong networks and relationships across our organization. You thrive in an environment where you’re constantly able to learn and being eager to do so, you seek ways to continuously develop – especially within the Microsoft 365 area and modern way of working. You can work independently and drive initiatives, and at the same time you’re a true team player who strongly believe in sharing best practice and thereby create value for our business!
