The role
As a Digital Workplace Specialist, you love working with the user experience of Microsoft 365 solutions.

You will step directly into an exciting ongoing transformation of our way of handling devices, identities, and apps. You will play a key role in our user adoption of our Microsoft 365 solutions.

By working in the middle of the organization you will build relations with stakeholders within IT as well as all employees within the group. You will use your creativity and skills to make life easier for all employees.

Main areas to focus on when you start:

- Work with moving our devices into a Microsoft 365 cloud only solutions.

- Increase the user adoption with Microsoft 365 solutions by holding trainings, sharing smart how to:s

Being based in Stockholm you will also work with site specific IT tasks like on/offboarding, onsite support, local IT-happiness, running local IT projects/initiatives and being the whole IT department’s local representative capturing local needs and prompting global IT initiatives.

You will work in an international IT Workplace team working for all Viaplay group countries and users. Business trips are required for executing e.g. training, setup projects, on-site meetings.
