Role Summary
As the Digitalisation Lead, you will be at the forefront of change, driving digitalization and innovation within Production & Logistics to improve safety, quality, productivity and sustainability.
Job Responsibilities
🌐 Network Management: Lead and enhance collaboration across the division, aligning with our digitalization vision.
📢 Communication & Events: Organize engaging events and communication from the Smart Factory Lab.
💻 Digital Platforms: Manage learning platform, Intranet, newsletters, and Teams channels, facilitating knowledge sharing.
🚀 Innovation Focus: Identify and promote innovative digital solutions that boost efficiency.
🤖 AI Exploration: Collaborate with the Innovation and Technology team to explore AI possibilities within P&L.
💼 Business Opportunities: Evaluate business opportunities, uniting expertise across Smart Factory Lab focus areas.
🌟 Inspiration & Coaching: Inspire and mentor teams, fostering a culture of digital innovation.
Preferred qualifications
An educational background in relevant fields.
Knowledge of AI and its potential applications.
