Scania Industrial Maintenance AB is a technical production support company and part of Scania CV AB, which is undergoing a transformation from being a supplier of trucks, buses and engines, to a supplier of complete and sustainable transport solutions. We have a wide range of services within industrial projects and responsibility for production and property maintenance. We have specialized expertise in, among other things, automation, control & regulations, electricity and plumbing. We are approximately 1000 employees in Södertälje, Oskarshamn and Luleå.We are looking for an Innovative Digitalisation Manager with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Do you want to be part of Scania’s digital journey? We are looking for an experienced manager to drive our Digitalisation and Smart Maintenance journey forward at Scania Industrial Maintenance.

At the moment, exciting work is underway to develop a newly created department at Scania Industrial Maintenance. We are looking for an experienced Manager to drive our digitalisation journey forward. You will have the opportunity to build your own team and develop our digital roadmap together with the organisation.

You will be part of Maintenance Engineering management team, a central department who is responsible to support the organisation in Maintenance development, Machine investments projects, Maintenance system and Digitalisation.

Your profile
We are looking for you, who will strengthen the management team with your personality and positive attitude. We believe that you have experience from similar roles, good understanding of maintenance, manufacturing, IT and digitalisation. You take great responsibility for your deliveries and you can easily collaborate and communicate with different parties and stakeholders.

We also see that you have:


• Bachelor/Master of Science in relevant area
• Leadership skills and Manager experience
• Experience and good track record of digitalisation projects, data analysis and smart maintenance
• Experience of change management
• Good knowledge in English
• Ambition to learn Swedish
• B driving licence

Your location
The position is full-time and the location is in Södertälje. Some travel may occur.
