Scania is now undergoing a transformation from being a supplier of trucks, buses and engines to a supplier of complete and sustainable transport solutions.

Scania Supply Chain Networks, OI, is a function within Production & Logistics. Our ambition is to become the leader within sustainable logistics and our mission is to globally develop, manage and optimize our logistical flows by building flows with minimal environmental impact, high quality and minimal total logistic cost.

We are looking for an experienced and motivated digitalization leader who possesses a unique balance of technical depth and business interest. You will have to learn quickly in a fast-paced and collaborative environment and think strategically about business, solutions, and technical challenges.

The position

As a digitalization leader you will be a key player when it comes to shaping and enabling the future Scania logistics strategy. You will help the business to understand how digital tools can shape their processes. You will support our agile development teams to deliver solutions that meet customer expectations. You will also drive initiatives related to increasing the competence level of the entire organization regarding digitalization. You will work in an international environment with multiple contact surfaces, both internally and externally and you will support all the levels of the global logistics organization.

Your profile


• You have a master’s degree or equivalent and 5+ years of experience working with digital business transformation and process development improvements with technical expertise in one or more of the following domains: business intelligence, advanced analytics, machine learning and process automation
• You have a lean mindset and challenge processes and organization status quo keeping customer in focus
• You are passionate and proficient in communicating the value potential of creating data-driven, intelligent and automated processes, leveraging digital technologies to drive business success.
• You are able to communicate with all the levels in the organization with the high ability to Zoom in/Out when needed
• You have an entrepreneurial drive and innovative approach and excel in taking initiatives and making things happen
• You are analytical, creative and highly motivated to solve problems and creating lasting results
• You have the ability to structure and explain complex conditions in a concrete and educational way
