Direct Dialogue is a fundraising method aiming to recruit new regular donors through meeting the Swedish public face to face. We give them information about how we work, and an opportunity to support the work we do in our projects through becoming monthly donors, as the funds from private donors ensure our neutrality and independence, and enable us to act quickly when a disaster occurs.
The role
The Stockholm team consists of 5-10 workers (full-time equivalents) and the coordinators’ mission is to organize and manage Face to Face and Door to Door activity according to set plan and objectives for the Direct Dialogue department. The main activity is day-to-day work with the team in and around Stockholm. It is expected to work some evenings and travel together with the team in selected periods.
Main responsibilities
- Together with Direct Dialogue management; create plans for overall Face to Face activity
- Participate in dialogue activities with the team
- Directing, coordinating and controlling the project activities
- Line manager responsibility: Recruitment/staffing, HR-administration, training, evaluation and development
- Safety and security management, including risk analysis, for the Direct Dialogue activity
We are looking for you with
- Experience from fundraising dialogue, sales or other relevant occupational fields
- Experience from team leading or coaching
- Minimum High School Education (Gymnasium)
- Fluent in English, Swedish is an asset
- Permit to work in Sweden
As a person you need to be independent in your work. To be successful in this role you should be pro-active and flexible to the needs of the department. Quality- and result is very important in this role, as our goal is to get more donors for our life saving activities around the world.
It’s valuable if you have
- Experience from work in an NGO
- Experience from working with Direct Dialogue or Telemarketing activities

Employment terms and conditions
- Type of contract: Temporary until end of December 2022
- Work hours: 37,5 hours/week is full time (possibility to flex)
- Salary: 31 624 SEK/month
- Benefits: Pension, health insurance, life insurance, travel insurance, insurance for work related injuries, wellness contribution (2000 SEK/year)
- Vacation: 30 days/year
- Entry date: As soon as possible
- Full compensation day 1-14 of sick leave
