What you will do
In this position, you will be responsible for development of sales turnover of Engineered gas suppression system product sales across Nordics. In connection with this product portfolio you need to sell chemical (FM200/Sapphire) and inert (Inergen/CO2…) systems to our customers.
How you will do it
Identify prospects utilizing creative lead generation techniques
Develop and expand existing and new business by maintaining strong relationships with multiple customer departments and key decision makers

Apply principles, concepts, practices, and standards of professional field to projects and assignments
Develop working knowledge of industry practices and standards
Maintain and extend the existing network of customers
Implement business plans and initiatives in coordination with other business functions
Visit relevant consultants, engineers, and end users
Follow up on relevant projects and leads
Conduct relevant market analyses
Achieve and exceed agreed sales targets
What we look for
Required
Proven track record in Fire Protection/ Suppression Product sales
Previous experience in commercial functions
Customer focused with ability to understand customer's needs and initiate actions to accommodate customer's requirements
High level of sensibility towards customers to influence and interact
Comfortable approach to people at all levels
Excellence commercial skills and a good technical knowledge of fire protection/ suppression products and industry
Use of ERP/Business Software (SAP, Salesforce.com, Power BI)
Fluent verbal and written in English and Swedish (or one of the Nordic languages)
Good user knowledge of MS Windows (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Availability to travel intensively in the designated area (once in a week international travel to be planned)
Preferred
Fire protection sales experience
Technical degree
Creative / pro-active / open mindset
You can live anywhere in Sweden, but it’s an advantage if you live close to one of the bigger cities so you can travel easier
