Scania is currently undergoing an exciting digital transformation towards customer driven and efficient approach to work, where data is the key to drive value. In context of digitalisation, this is a key role in setting the strategy of digital transformation and be able to execute it in retail services operations.
We are looking for a dedicated and ambitious colleague who will contribute as Director and Head of Retail Digitalisation and hence being a valuable member of the KY, Service Portfolio & Delivery, management team as a direct report to Senior Vice President.
As Director Retail Digitalisation you are responsible for making sure that Scania set right steps towards efficient digital eco-system which is automated enabled with AI and can provide elevated experience towards our customers in services operations. Your management team consists of group managers from prospecting and planning, workshop digitalisation, uptime services and contract administration. Apart from them Chief Product Owner and Tech Implementation Manager will also be part of your management team. In your position you are also directly responsible for deliveries and solution development, therefore two sections from Scania IT are also represented in your management team.

Responsibilities
• Ensuring that retail digitalisation captures and enhances the value of data across retail network via monitoring, predicting and analysing data with technologies i.e., AA, ML, AI
• Work closely with the regions to redesigning the journeys of our retail processes with user specific dashboards and task management digital solutions while enhancing platform eco-system in service delivery
• The organisation is responsible for modular architecture, cloud computing, development, maintenance and operations of services and technical implementation
• Lead the section both in terms of strategic development and operational optimization, to improve our customer value.
• Develop the direct reports and the organisation to unlock the true potential in everyone.
Your profile
• You have an agile mindset with great understanding of digitalisation and digital transformation.
• You preferably understand how service business works and have capability to impact immensely the growth target of services businesses in upcoming years.
• You are an experienced leader with proven track record in developing people and taking organisations to the next level through digital transformation strategy and change management.
• You value team spirit, high pace and are a fast learner. You are proactive, pragmatic and make sure to find solutions to the identified challenges.
• You enjoy working in cross functional positions in order to deliver end-end value for our customers and are eager to develop existing ways of working into even more agile and flow-oriented structures, with customer demand at heart.
