Director Buisness Control - D&T

In this role, your will be responsible for leading and managing Business Partners to support business growth and deliver on key financials with the aim to enhance the quality of day-to-day activities of the function/department​ and reviewing entire existing processes, systems or products within Tetra Pak.


What you will do
Coordinate the annual planning cycle in our Development & Technology (D&T) sub-units, including coordination of the 3-year plan, budget, forecasts and financial performance management processes
Ensure financial performance in D&T sub-unit by supervising, coordinating and delivering adequate financial analysis, and business comments to Tetra Pak Group and D&T Management Team
Drive Business Control efficiency and effectiveness actions for D&T sub-unit
Coordinate D&T Business Controller output for the different sub-units
Drive continuous improvement for Financial Planning & Analysis processes not in scope of Finance Operations



The position is based in Lund, Sweden.

Who you are?
To be successful in this role you need to be a committed person with strong personal drive. You are a self-motivated, pedagogic communicator and presenter who can easily adapt and learn new things.
You are a proven leader with a background of strategic development of a service business.
We believe you have a University degree as Master of Business Administration or equivalent. You have 10-15 years of experience from working with Business Control and/or as Business Partner.
A very good command of English, both written and oral is required.
