We are in search of a passionate leader with a keen interest to lead and support the Industrial plan transformation within Powertrain Production.


Our leaders are people focused, value driven, and manage a wide range of development activities. This leadership role is excellent at networking and will represent GTO Powertrain Production (PTP) within GTO but also in close cooperation with GTP & GTT in industrial strategy related activities.


As Director Business Office, you will coach a small highly talented and professional team of Industrial Development Managers, but also the Extended Management Team with the full responsibility to manage our Industrial plan within PTP. Together with the full global and local Manufacturing Engineering teams we act as one global team to deliver our responsibility towards our stakeholders.


This position will report to VP Manufacturing Engineering PTP, and a member of the ME PTP management team


Responsibilities:
Coach and develop a team of IDM:s
Lead and coordinate the Industrial and Investment plan with a flow perspective for Powertrain Production
Represent GTO PTP in global meetings and governance forum within GTO and as well in together with GTP & GTT
Coach Continuous Improvement activities within the related processes process

You have engineering University degree or equivalent
