Director Business Solutions, Production Logistic and Finance The Absolut Company (TAC) Do you have your goal set on an international career in a global company with world leading brands?To establish, implement, support and continuously update all Production, Logistics and Finance related applications we are now looking for a high performing Director Business Solutions, Production, Logistics and Finance for The Absolut Company.Your team consists of two project managers, and consultants for projects and support activities.You will be based at our headquarters in Stockholm with a possibility to move and further your career abroad.You will be responsible for: -Managing all the IT solutions / applications in the area of Production, Logistic and Finance -Ensure the delivery of projects in this area -Elaborate the IT roadmap in this area Key capabilities: -Good general business skills related to the business process -Supply chain and Finance.-Competency in strategic thinking and leadership, with strong abilities in relationship management.-Strong ability to build productive working relationships with others.-Demonstrated negotiation and facilitation skills.-Strong oral and written communication skills -Solution and service oriented focus -Experienced in domain specific IT concepts and solutions Required profile: -University degree -Approximately 5-10 years experience from working within FMCG -Preferably experience from working in an international/Nordic environment -Experience in management -Experience in project management and project portfolio management -Experience related to ERP systems and its set-up -Good knowledge of business processes -Ability to deliver projects -Fluent in English You have are a person a great commitment to excellence.You have excellent interpersonal skills and manage strong relationships with business stakeholders.Your are a person who can make IT understandable to the rest of the company.Your contact points are finance, customer service, operations, PR Nordic IT and consultants.
