Northvolt has an exciting job offer for a Director Business Transformation to join the team in Stockholm.
In joining us you will play an important part from the very start in building one of the first large scale European battery factories. Northvolt will play an important role in the transformation to a carbon free society.
The Director Business Transformation will be in charge of ensuring business process consistency and efficiency across the organization, by reshaping and realigning processes and corresponding systems, and training teams to scale to meet the demands of a fast-growing and dynamic manufacturing business.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Lead internal business units through the assessment of situations, analysis of options for improvement, and the execution for resolution.
Navigate a complex set of business conditions across a diverse organizational landscape.
Help develop a repeatable transformation model and then leverage it to lead internal business units through the assessment of situations, analysis of options for improvement, and the execution for resolution.
Advise and suggest best practices for documentation and internal education.
Support the implementation of systems and data management for business groups; define processes required to make the systems and data useful.
Comprehend and identify linkages between projects and establish priorities.
Support various working groups and management committees; lead as well as manage and escalate issues.
Define and assess methodologies, technologies and frameworks for governing business processes
Identify and program-manage new business process improvement initiatives, and drive the delivery of direct training across the organization.
Interface with various business and technical teams within the Northvolt organization
