Then our newly created role as Director Commercial Development & Operations within a global Commercialization & Customer Engagement team might be just the right challenge for you. You will report to the Senior Vice President Commercialization, and be part of an ambitious, and impactful management team. The job is based in Hyllie, Malmö, and you need to be passionate about working in an international and highly multi-cultural environment.
About the role
You will build and establish the new department, that will be instrumental in driving and fueling our commercial growth, efficiency, impact of initiatives, patient engagement, scalability and Sales Excellence.
Working closely with our markets and Global Functions, (Brand Marketing, Digital Marketing, Medical Education, etc.) you will play an important role in delivering on our growth ambition. You will be part of defining the direction of Patient Engagement to make sure we fully optimize our direct and indirect dialogue to consumer engagement.
Your main responsibilities will be to:
• Establish and building the new team for Commercial Development & Operation
• Define strategic direction within CRM/Sales Force, Patient Engagement, Sales Excellence and Commercial Development, as well as in close collaboration with Brand Management create and optimize our impact and campaign flow
• Establish Sales Excellence unit
• Explore and define how to exploit growth opportunities across our markets
• Balance global vs local solutions approach in collaboration with Global Functions, core markets and Regions
• Act as a sparring partner, implementation, and execution support for our core markets
Qualifications & Experience
The ideal candidate has considerable experience working commercially with CRM, customer journey, commercial excellence and Sales Excellence – preferably from both a global and market setting.
Moreover, the following qualifications must be met:
• Master in Business, Economics, Marketing, or similar
• You bring at least 8 years of relevant commercial working experience, ideally with Marketing and Sales background
• You have experience in understanding global and local needs and transform them into impactful initiatives that can be adopted in core markets You have direct knowledge of the how to run Commercial Development
• You bring outstanding strategic experience and skills in establishing a new department
• You are an experienced people leader with strong management skills and team player qualities
• You bring outstanding problem-solving and planning skills with you, as well as strong project management skills and a proven track record of successful project implementation
• You bring profound understanding and a natural flair for the different elements of CRM, automation, setting KPI’s, ROI of campaigns. You are able to have a dialogue with core markets on how to best optimize and leveraging opportunities locally
• Ability and ambition to travel 30- 50 days yearly
• Experience working across different countries and cultures
