Director Commercial Finance Control, Market Operations

In this role you will support Sales Management and Customer Services to deliver on key financials and ensure commercial compliance across Markets.
You will secure relevant and reliable reporting and analysis for decision making.
What you will do
Provide profitability analysis, analyse pricing actions, provide recommendations and follow up
Ensure special focus on loss making items/ low margin products (PM/AM) with respective improvement action plan
Understand the pricing actions & commercial conditions and support the decision.(Level 1 & Level 3 including FX) across 28 markets
Lead customer overdue analysis, identify route causes, support markets review and follow up
Support credit control process
Drive compliance related matters on equipment financing policies and procedures
Support exceptions escalation across Finance policies & Procedures
Supervise, coordinate, lead and deliver financial support to Sales management

The position is based in Lund, Sweden.
Who you are?
To be successful in this role you need to be a committed person with strong personal drive and analytical skills. You are a self-motivated, pedagogic communicator and presenter who can easily adapt and learn new things.
You are a proven leader with a background finance and sales management.
We believe you have a University degree within engineering or equivalent. You have >5 years of experience from working in a packaging industry.
A very good command of English, both written and oral is required.
