Job description


As Director Complete propulsion & Deployment you will have the responsibility for leading the cross functional activities in the development of hydrogen propulsion systems and connected solutions. The scope ranges from leading product roadmaps and project execution for complete propulsion products, to driving business innovation and set up and coordinate external partnerships.
You will lead, guide, and engage a team consisting of highly skilled and motivated senior engineers and project managers who work cross-functionally and collaborate closely with a multitude of internal as well as external stake holders and partners.

You are an experienced leader with a drive to explore and develop new technology and business in a fast-changing industry landscape. You are known for building strong engaged teams with your collaborative and results oriented approach and have extensive experience from product development in the automotive industry. Experience from powertrain development for commercial vehicles and hydrogen technologies are considered strong merits.
A positive mindset and “we-can-do-it attitude” characterizes your personal profile. You are confident in driving complex topics inside as well as outside your own organization. You possess very good communication skills and you are comfortable in making difficult decisions in complex matters.
