Operations Development is a central organisation in Recipharm AB. Operations Development support the Group Management Team and the companies in the Recipharm group with project management, system coordination, knowledge sharing, operations coordination, and supply chain expertise.
We are looking for a Director Corporate Projects who will report to Vice President Operations Development.
Overall Purpose
The role involves the management and coordination of various activities across the Recipharm Group. The main purposes for the role are:
• Project management, larger projects
• Project management regarding new technology and product requests involving several operating companies
• Acquisitions / divestments projects
• Evaluate new, or current, production sites
• Good practice projects
• Evaluate big Requests for Quotation or Information
• In cases of new requests where Recipharm can manufacture a product in more than one operating company, prepare rational and decide which operating company shall make the offer
• Coordinate the introduction of new technologies
• Develop production strategies and common guidelines in this area for the group
• Suggest improvements and facilitate the distribution of good practice among group companies.
Qualifications
The candidate should ideally have a university degree in pharmacy or chemical engineering education. The candidate shall have a minimum of 5 years of experience from positions within the pharmaceutical industry and substantial project management experience. The position requires a good understanding of the scientific and technical aspects of pharmaceutical development and manufacturing. Experience from the CDMO industry is an advantage. The candidate shall have good leadership capabilities, strong business acumen and shall be a fluent in English, both verbally and in writing.
The position is a fulltime permanent position and could either be based at our head office in Stockholm, at one of our manufacturing sites in Europe or at a home office. The position involves a significant level of travel, and interactions with decision makers at all levels in the Recipharm group.
