Director Digital Ability & Business Engagement

CEVT is an innovation centre for the future cars of the Geely Group with the purpose of being at the forefront of new developments in the automotive industry. Since 2013 CEVT has grown rapidly and now keeps some 2000 people busy. China Euro Vehicle Technology AB is a subsidiary of Zhejiang Geely Holding Group.

As the Head of Digital Ability & Business Engagement your vision will be to drive operational efficiency, visualize Digital IT´s work for the business and secure that IT delivers what the customer expects.
You will lead the functions of Enterprise Architecture, Digital Ability, Business Engagement, Application Management and Service Management which together form a group of about 10 people.

Responsibilities/Tasks within team

Digital Ability
* Liaison with all IT functions
* Drive governance and processes
* Accountable for driving change and continuous improvement
* Drive the agile adoption and product ownership
Coordinate with Finance department Digital IT´s budget work and follow up

Enterprise Architecture
* Manage Digital IT´s architecture and IT Board
* Manage Digital IT policy’s and roadmaps
Maintain view of future technologies and trends in IT

Application management
* Creates processes for effective application management, prioritization for focus and compliance insurances
* Work together with the business for needs and impoverishment for the best application choices for CEVT
* Accountable for application intake and application lifecycle process
* Work in and develop IT Purchasing process
* Vendor Relationship management


Business Engagement
Manage Digital IT’s relationship with CEVT core functions and external customers

Service management
* Create and follow up service descriptions and contracts
* Drive process for time reporting and invoicing
