Director Electric Powertrain Engineering

Koenigsegg continues to grow and we are looking for a Director Electric Powertrain Engineering to join our team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


We are looking for a Director to oversee the electric power train engineering efforts, with responsibility for development and manufacturing engineering.
Be responsible to deliver projects as per agreed annual goals set together with Company´s CEO & CTO.
To manage a workforce including recruiting, evaluating, retaining and replacing employees.
Work closely with Group peer managers to ensure coordinated and synchronized delivery of milestones and to ensure a coordinated prioritization and delivery maximum volume of top quality product on time and budget.
To provide motivation, support and guidance to all employees and ensure that all employees follow our standards and safety guidelines.


Skill Requirements:


Significant engineering and manufacturing engineering experience.
Strong management and leadership capabilities and experience.
Understanding of safety and health norms.
Basic business understanding to adhere to company business plan and goals.
Familiarity with regulatory framework.
Extensive communication skills with employees, peers and management.
