Northvolt is now looking for a Director Electrode to join our team in Northvolt Labs, Västerås.
Responsibilities and Requirements include:
Managing Electrode team and communicating with the other departments to end up with the successful results
Planning for the electrode development/process optimization along with the project timeline
Responsibility for all electrode production design for the expansion facilities
Responsibility for Capex, Opex, OEE of electrode production/process
Developing and Leading the advanced technologies for the future projects
>10 years experience in Electrode process/development
