Job description


As Director Fuel Cell System, you will be responsible to lead the Fuel cell system development in close collaboration with our supplier and joint-venture company cellcentric. You will be accountable for the operational coordination with cellcentric and participate in the strategic work to develop them as a supplier and as a Volvo part-owned company.
You will be the product owner for the Fuel cell system, both HW and SW, and together with your experienced, passionate and diverse cross-technical team you will work hand in hand with the Propulsion testing team, Propulsion SW team and many other teams in Powertrain Engineering, Vehicle Engineering and across the Volvo Group. The main mission is to ensure that the Fuel cell systems from cellcentric are developed and integrated into the different applications within Volvo with high quality, and as well to be a key contributor in driving our propulsion strategy work as a member of the Powertrain Strategic Development leadership team.

You enjoy working with both external- and internal partners and you have long experience from product development in the powertrain field and you are comfortable in guiding the organization in complex matters. Experience from Fuel cell development is a merit.
