The Strategy, Communication & Digital Transformation function is instrumental in creating meaningful, relatable, and actionable connections to our transformation, by developing and orchestrating the Digital & IT strategic direction, the digital transformation, and the change journey ahead of us.

This Is How You Could Make An Impact
As the Head of Employee Experience Communication, you will work in a close collaboration with our global HR team do define communication strategies to engage, attract, develop, and retain our talents across end-to-end employee journey. This role will lead the creation of our internal and external outreach and design innovative programs to boost the attraction of Volvo Group as an employer.
You will be the member of the Digital & IT Communication team within Strategy, Communication & Digital Transformation function and report to VP, Head of Digital & IT Communication. These will be some of your responsibilities:
In collaboration with HR, design global Employer Branding strategy and develop Employee Value Proposition for Digital & IT
Map employee journeys and design communication and engagement strategies and tactics for an outstanding Employee Experience across various touchpoints of the employee journey: attraction, recruitment, pre-and onboarding, retention, development, and separation
Design, plan and run multichannel campaigns to support short-term recruitment needs, while developing long term strategies
Build, plan and execute communication strategies to support priorities of our People and Culture agenda, such as employee listening, Diversity & Inclusion, or lifelong learning strategies
Who are you?
We believe that you thrive to become a key player in the Volvo Group digital transformation, while working with amazing people around the world. You have a university degree or equivalent and several years of experience in designing Employer Branding and Employee Engagement strategies.
You are a strategic thinker and business savvy communicator, with hands-on approach, capable of switching between strategic thinking and operational creating.
You are passionate about innovative Employer Branding and people marketing that drives employee engagement. You have been defining and implementing global EB strategies to attract and retain top tech talents, utilizing variety of channels and tactics. Global environment is where you thrive – you work with a global mindset and in collaboration with countries to oversee localization of global strategies. You also understand the importance of building great experiences through the entire employee journey and know how to make this happen with impactful communication.
