Ready to take the challenge and join our international team connecting a greener world? Reporting to the VP, Head of Product Management & Product Development, you will play a key role in further boosting business growth within the business line Applications.

You will be responsible for the following aspects: 
team of several international Product Managers. You will be responsible for the product portfolio management and the portfolio profitability within building wires, 1 kV an medium voltage cables. Your agenda will also include the whole product lifecycle management and you and the team will conduct the field research on regular basis. Another important task will be the market and competitor analysis. You will be involved in the development of the product and innovation strategy and you will create product road maps for selected markets. Further key tasks are: 
* Product training 
* Major tender support
* Product marketing initiatives
* Master data management 
* Preparation of business cases for Product Board


The role will be based in Europe, ideally in one of our Applications plants.

To connect a greener world, you should have the following skills and experience:
You have a graduate degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Business Development or equivalent. You have several years of relevant professional experience and knowledge in Product Management in the cable industry and leadership experience. Your working style is characterised by result-orientation, strength of implementation, ability to work in a team, strategic thinking, empathy and independence. Additionally, you have skills in coaching. Further important qualifications are:
* Safe handling with MS Office applications
* Fluent in English is mandatory, second European language preferred
* Readiness to travel (both frequent domestic and international travelling)
* Driving license
