Our ideal candidate is an experienced, driven HR Operations leader with a thirst for learning, a passion for scaling, and curiosity to learn new technologies. This will require you to think big, use data to drive HR operations delivery and stay ahead of the curve, as you lead all aspects of HR operations across EMEA and APJ regions.

What You Will Be Doing:
Leading regional HR operational practices and processes, ranging from onboarding and offboarding, internal transfers, leaves of absence, while working directly with the Director, HR Systems, Analytics & Operations and regional HR Business Partners
Managing operational communication with employee representative bodies in EMEA, bringing in HRBPs on strategic topics as appropriate and setting up employee representation as and when legally required
Owning and leading regional compliance priorities, HR policies, and associated projects
Enabling and training regional HRBPs, Recruiting, and Elasticians on compliance changes that impact HR activities at large
Review and improve processes with an eye for innovation,Tailoring global practices and policies to localized needs, and prioritizing activities so to ensure a strong foundation to sustain high growth
Proactively analyze trends and metrics and identify needed improvements and enhancements to existing processes.
Motivate, mentor, and coach a team of driven HR professionals with a focus on career development and growth
Understand our broader HR strategy and processes to architect, develop and implement scalable, flexible solutions that are extensible to our business needs
What You Bring Along:
5 to 7 years of progressively responsible experience in HR Operations adapting globally with a direct focus in compliance, process mapping, and localizing practices
Experience working in an international organization with a strong presence in EMEA within a high-growth environment
Strong analytical abilities to solve complex problems with strong attention to detail and organization skills
Ability to build effective work relationships at all levels of the organization, influence behavior, and manage change
Accountability is top of your strengths: you come up with solutions and you take ownership of problems, get things done, and keep partners informed
High degree of integrity and honesty; ability to exercise confidentiality and neutrality in complex and sensitive situations
You know that sometimes laughter is indeed the best solution - a sense of humor, ability to roll with the punches and adapt quickly to a changing environment is a big plus!
