We are now recruiting a Director HR, Performance & Analytics to support the implementation of our ambitious Group HR strategy across our business areas. You will support local HR teams and ensure that change project management in widest sense is executed. The role represents a career position within HR in a global, growing and successful organization!
The position
In this position you will be overall responsible for a portfolio of HR programs related to organizational Performance Management in Getinge Group. You will be responsible for developing, deploying and maintaining this portfolio of HR programs. In addition to this, you will spearhead our HR Analytics initiatives with the business. Among your main responsibilities and tasks will be:
• Develop, deploy and manage Employee lifecycle programs, notably including onboarding, performance management and exit/offboarding
• Establish and manage a framework of HR analytics and metrics in close collaboration with Business Areas and other Group HR functions
• Design and deploy a performance management strategy that is integrated with related talent management programs
• Design and deploy performance management tools, guidelines and processes
• Lead various HR projects and initiatives under the leadership of the HR Management team
• Maintain an overview of strategic HR programs across the business
The position reports to the EVP, HR in Getinge Group and is part of the Getinge Group HR Management team. Ideally, the position is based in Göteborg, Sweden and you will be required to travel to the Getinge Group main locations across USA, Europe and Asia. Travel is estimated at 30% annually but will depend on the portfolio of projects that you are involved in – so travel may in practice fluctuate above or below this level.
The ideal candidate
As ideal for the position you have a relevant Master level degree and at least 5-8 years of experience from an international HR role. It’s a significant benefit if you have experience both as Business Partner and from a group HR role. Consulting experience is also a benefit – but only if combined with experience from an internal role.
