Director Human Resources Finance & Business Transformation
Are you interested in the possibility of driving and managing the strategic people agenda within a global function?High visibility puts weight on business interaction & delivery and requires capacity of combining change management with business understanding.
You will report to the Vice President, Human Resources Commercial Operations (CO).You are expected to work in strict cooperation with your clients in Finance & Business Transformation.This position is based centrally (Lausanne or Lund).You are expected to travel world wide frequently - approximately 30% of your time.
The focus for this position is to:
- Act as HR business partner to Finance & Business Transformation
- Direct HR responsibilities for the corporate employees (includes Global Information Management employees globally) in the client organization while working with local HR service centres.
- Support role to the Clusters for the employees working for F&BT
- Lead the Capability Development Process globally for F&BT by identifying gaps & plans, as well as supporting the Cluster plans.
- Recruitment & selection for leadership positions globally.
- Responsibility for driving the functional competence framework for F&BT as well as the development portfolio for F&BT role.
- Drive organization design and change management.
- Drive improvements in the career & succession planning for people within F&BT as well as the cross functional moves in Tetra Pak overall.
- Responsibility for driving the annual processes of salary review, competence development, employee engagement
- Responsible for driving the Management Development & Planning (MPD) activities in F&BT across all clusters and central departments.Responsible for the global consolidation and resulting action plans for F&BT.
- Actively contribute to the global HR priorities through projects and forums
Kvalifikationer
The successful candidate has preferably obtained a university degree including Human Science or Economics in combination with more than 7 years of experience as senior HR professional.Here you have effectively acquired extensive knowledge of varies HR disciplines.Proven capacity to diagnose and successfully handle complex employee relations and organizational development issues is vital.
You have the ability to manage relations in diverse groups and effectively interact in a cooperative and successful manner.This given you possess excellent communication and presentation skills, including fluency in written and spoken English Your work involves many contacts and it is essential to use your natural informal authority, and gain credibility across all levels of the organization.Proactive & goal oriented initiatives, combined with a structured description of previous responsibilities should be evident in the application.
