Would you like to act as strategic business partner and lead HR projects with great corporate focus and exposure?Do you want to experience working with the teams developing some of our most exciting new products, in a location at the heart of the company where all functions are represented and with a large base of people from which you can develop and learn.The position is located in Lund, Sweden and you will report to the Vice President Human Resources D&E.This role is a temporary position for 18 months with a possibility for permanent employment.
One part of the role is being the HR Business Partner for Carton Bottle Development & Engineering.In this role you will:
-be a key part of the management team, including being involved in developing the strategy
-partner with management in driving capability and competence development
-drive forward talent management - specifically through performance management, Management Planning & Development process, and senior management recruitment
-work on organizational development and employee engagement
-provide counsel and advice to senior management on all people and organizational related issues
In addition to the role supporting the platform organization Carton Bottle you will also lead and participate in global HR projects such as building corporate capabilities across the Development & Engineering organization, taking the lead for the Development & Engineering Functional Competence development, and representing Development & Engineering in the Global Training Network.
Kvalifikationer
The person we are looking for have a passion for the business, the organization and the people in it.You have a strong consulting competence, being able to effectively and proactively deliver services, advice and coaching to senior managers.You have a track record of strong collaboration skills and you work well together with people on all levels and across organizational borders.Experience in change management and a passion for continuous improvement will be important and you have also developed an evident ability to recognize and analyze Human Resources and business needs and to translate them into operational and successful projects.
To be successful in this role you have a solid experience from and knowledge of a variety of HR Processes and disciplines, e.g.change management, competence development or talent management.You have a university degree and are fluent in English.
