Description
Are you a driven leader with excellent track record within Supply Chain and Logistics?
As a Director Integrated Supply Chain for Additional Material, you will be responsible for driving optimisation and excellence within the area. You will have a challenging opportunity to build a new organisation and implement it from the beginning.
You will lead the supply chain activities within in the three product areas and work closely with all resources delivering supply chain activities. Your close cooperation with SCO Supply Chain PM and active participation in global networks will be essential for the future success of the organisation.
In the role you will be leading through a network of people with a few direct reporting resources. You yourself will report to the VP Additional Material and be a member of the SCO Additional Material management team.
The position will be based in Lund, Sweden while you will work on a global arena.
The role requires travelling for about 20-30% of the working time.
Main responsibilities
-Define and drive the Additional Material supply chain strategy
-Manage, monitor and improve relevant processes
-Optimize Additional Material supply chain costs and service levels
-Define and monitor supply chain KPI:s at Additional Material
-Alignment with strategic simulation tools, "SC Guru"
-Alignment of Business Continuity Planning and Risk Management
-Coordinate with related Additional Material functions in market cluster and Supply Chain forums
Qualifications
We seek a candidate with a relevant University degree and the critical competencies we're looking for would be: proven leadership skills, excellent communication and ability to drive and implement change.
You are an open person who actively and generously share knowledge with others. The willingness to collaborate across borders as well as being motivated to drive our mission will be crucial in order to succeed.
You have a track record of driving change and have successfully built relationships with internal clients, colleagues, authorities and external partners.
We expect you to be able to set clear priorities and to drive alignment and agreement to action.
You must be fluent both in written and spoken English.
