Director Integration Test & Software Release Management

Module Team Director Integration testing & Software deployment

The team today consists of Software Configuration Center (SCC), Integration quality assurance team and a team of highly skilled troubleshooters. The team today consists of 14 people.
Teams main task is to enable a release of SW baselines for vehicle projects and ensure deliveries of such to all R&D teams during development phase, to manufacturing teams and to aftermarket teams.
This team is also an enabler of agile deployment and release, defining the flow and dependencies for SW lifecycle through tools and repositories used within company.
You will report to Vice President of Electrical Architecture & Platform 

Responsibilities and tasks
As the Module Team Director Integration testing & Software deployment, you will take an active role in shaping the CEVT/Geely integration and SW releases together with your team and stakeholders.
You and your team will work in close cooperation with people in other functions both within CEVT Electrical Architecture & F,eatures other CEVT departments (other parts of Electrical Engineering Community, Manufacturing, Aftermarket, Quality, Pjorect Management Office) and globally with teams from the Geely Group to secure optimized solution for delivery of quality assured and integrated SW baselines.
You will lead and develop the team and enable individual development in the team. You will take an active role in the Electrical Architecture Platform management team and drive improvements both on a team level and on an organization level. We believe in the power of teamwork and together with your team and your stakeholders you will define the way forward, both in terms of technical solution and way of working. In essance what you will do in this role is to:
* Secure the team competence and delivery to meet project and program targets
* Establish and maintain a network of stakeholders to cover the lifecycle of SW using agile methodologies
* Have the financial responsibility for module budget


Profile and Background
* B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Engineering or equivalent
* Technical experience in the field of Electrical development
* Experience of project management in the automotive industry
* Extensive experience in automotive industry
* Proven leadership skills with ability to inspire, drive and motivate people
