Director International Business & GAAS
MachineGames is seeking a Director International Business & GAAS to be based in our offices in Uppsala, Sweden.
Our studio is located in central Uppsala, Sweden which is a small and vibrant city 40 minutes north of Stockholm with a historical heritage reaching back to pre-medieval times.

Job description:
• New projects
o Work with studios across product development pipeline and provide GaaS vision, ensuring products meet current market requirements and expectations as services.
o Evaluate prospective projects from a business and GaaS perspective and provide feedback to the relevant development and publishing stakeholders.
o Identify, evaluate and present new opportunities for online and GaaS products to achieve the Company’s goals across international markets.
o Work with local teams to identify the GaaS tools and levers required to achieve local business needs. Help teams prioritize these requirements and guide them through online/GaaS initiatives.
• Publishing & Operations
o Support studios through the development pipeline, identifying GaaS-related goals for each product phase, setting and tracking KPIs. Based on each phase result, provide feedback and suggestions for improvement.
o Support launch & live operations for the Company’s products and manage local-specific GaaS initiatives and present them to global publishing team for further discussion & implementation.
o Identify, evaluate and present revenue growth opportunities for existing GaaS products in new languages and new markets.
o Coordinate all local online/GaaS initiatives, making sure that they are all aligned with business needs and help reach regions budgets and goals.
o Keep track of local online/GaaS learnings and implement best practices for both new products, existing product updates and new products.
o Provide overall requirements & feedback on product and service-related GaaS elements required for successful product publishing and future day-to-day operations.
o Provide suggestions to improve product KPI’s and share with global publishing team.
o Provide feedback on product monetization models and suggest possible promotional strategies & specific activities to maximize revenue.
• Such other duties as assigned from time to time by the SVP & Managing Director, International and/or the Company.
