Your challenge - and what you can expect

Do you have what it takes to develop our logistics together with an experienced team and secure the supply chain to be able to handle future challenges? You will find yourself at the very forefront of the electronics industry and take on a broad role with strategic as well as operational responsibilities. It will be your mission to keep us flexible, reliable and profitable as we are growing. As the head of our logistics department your responsibilities will range from master planning and purchasing to delivery and spare parts handling worldwide. You will be a part of the Operations management team and report to SVP Operations. As you continue to develop your team and work across functions and cultures to ensure results, you and your department will:

* Plan new customer orders and secure material as well as capacity
* Manage our inventory levels to keep us efficiently flexible
* Coordinate and manage our spare parts globally
* Prepare items in our ERP-system
* Ship parts and machines from Sweden to customers and subsidiaries
* Take the responsibility of managing logistics improvement projects
* Ensure that we continuously strive to improve our way of working and develops as a team
* Contribute to the development of our Operations department

Who you are - and what you will need to succeed

You know that in order to succeed in the role as Director Logistics you will have to keep close contact with colleagues from other departments and subsidiaries to secure that we as a global company outperforms our competitors. On top of this, you need:

* Strong analytical skills
* A Master's degree in industrial engineering, finance, business administration or a related field
* More than 5 years' working experience
* 3 years' experience of successfully working with logistics, supply chain and related fields, with a clear focus on improvements thru Lean philosophies and by using applicable tools
* 2 years' experience as a manager with focus on developing both individuals and teams
* Used to continuously drive improvements and deliver results
* A track record of successful change management
* Good production system and lean knowledge
* Strong team worker
* Fluency in English, written and spoken alike
