Director Material Team

Northvolt has an exciting job possibility for someone expriecienced in managing departments and is specialized in the field om Lithium Ion Battery development. You will be contributing from start to finish in building one of the first large scale European battery factories, which will play an important role in the transformation to a carbon free society.
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Managing Material team and communicating with the other departments to end up with the successful results
· Planning for the electrode development/process optimization along with the project timeline
· Responsibility for all electrode production design for the expansion facilities
· Responsibility for Capex, Opex, OEE of electrode production/process
· Developing and Leading the advanced technologies for the future projects
· Preferably 15+ years industrial experience in R&D
