About Instabox
Over the course of the past five years Instabox has grown to a business of over 3000 Instaboxers united by a single purpose; providing the smoothest shipping experience known to mankind. Instabox keeps on expanding in the Nordics, partnering with the most recognizable names within the e-commerce space and fulfilling their delivery needs. In light of this growth, they are now looking for a Director for the Merchant Acquisition team to come onboard and lead the Merchant Acquisition department, focusing on new business.
Your role
Reporting to Instabox Head of Sales Nordics your task is to lead their Key Account Managers in the Nordic countries and make sure that the team delivers high results. Your job will be to coach and develop the team as it continues to increase in size. Working closely with the Network and BI department, you will perform analysis of the different markets and devise sales strategies based on that analysis. As such, your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
Coaching team members to develop their skills and motivate them to achieve higher results
Recruit, onboard and train new team members
Coordinate with various departments to analyze markets
Devise and implement sales strategies
Sales and budget responsibility for the entire group
Your qualifications
Instabox is looking for a cultural torch bearer who always ensures that the team has the tools, skills and insight necessary in order to perform their job with high efficiency. Moreover they would like to see evidence of the following in your background:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience managing a sales team
A track record of achieving and/or beating targets previous exposure to analytical tasks such as consumer/market segmentation
Interpersonal and coaching skills that have contributed to increased sales results
Experience from managing a team across multiple locations/countries

Salary: Fixed, monthly by agreement and bonus
