Our Exciting Opportunity
The MS IT & ADM Portfolio & Offering unit is a diverse and distributed team in the Service Area (SA) MS IT & ADM (Application Deployment) of Ericsson’s Managed Services Business Area (BMAS). It focuses on developing IT services for communication service providers and hyperscale cloud providers. The unit is looking for a Director of Business Performance Management.
The Director of Business Performance Management reports to the Head of the Portfolio & Offering unit and supports the Head in the management of the unit’s activities, processes, results, costs and targets.
You will
Manage the unit’s costs and development projects to stay within budget
Manage adherence to company, BMAS, SA and unit processes, guidelines and standards
Build and lead a master development plan and ensure landmarks are met
Coordinate and conduct reviews to ensure that quality expectations and standards are met
Coordinate and contribute to the success criteria definition, measurement, and target-setting process
Monitor performance and progress of important metrics vs. targets
Coordinate governance and team meetings
Prepare monthly governance reports, quarterly cost forecasts, annual investment proposals and management presentations
Represent the unit in cross-SA or BA improvement and central initiatives
Manage supplier contracts and relationships
To be successful in the role you have
Extensive experience with working in the Telco and IT & ADM domains
Previous experience with analysis, budgeting, cost control and IT service development
Excellent documentation skills and good leadership
Excellent collaborative and interpersonal skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with record of presenting technical details to a non-technical audience
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
