We are looking for an expert in HR & Tech with proven track record in working with engineering, product design and cross-functional partners to implement and project lead HR systems and products for our Danish client in the fashion accessory industry. An interim assignment to the end of 2021.
Responsibilities
– Co-author and execute product strategy and roadmap of your team by identifying meaningful customer and business problems to solve
– Identify and deliver impactful solutions by building up a deep understanding of critical business and customer needs
– Build relationships across business and tech teams to collaborate and remove unnecessary complexity
– Apply product methodologies in cross-functional teams for problem discovery, defining & designing solutions and delivering agreed outcomes
Your profile
– Natural problem-solver, with a strong history of driving product discovery, solving meaningful customer and business problems, and delivering scalable solutions
- Strong communicator and influencer for collaboration
– Expert in HR systems, Hire to Retire functionality, and industry standards
– Knowledge of Source to Pay, Order to Cash and Record to Report processes
– Comfortable working with short lead-time and change management in a volatile environment
– Passion for continuous learning
