Your role
As the Director of Consumer engagement at Embla Medical, you will be responsible for developing and implementing consumer engagement and support initiatives that empower amputees to navigate their healthcare journey with confidence and ease. You will work with a dedicated team focused on delivering personalized support services, education, and resources to amputees, caregivers, and healthcare professionals. Reporting to the VP of Business Development, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enhance patient engagement, adherence, and satisfaction while driving positive health outcomes. Some of your key responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive amputee support program strategy aligned with the Embla Medicals mission.
Build our DtC engine incl. Consumer marketing and activation.
Lead a team of professionals responsible for providing personalized support services, including patient education, product information, relevant funding assistance, and access to resources.
Collaborate with global and local internal stakeholders, including IT, marketing, sales, and regulatory teams, to ensure alignment and integration of amputee support initiatives across the organization.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with external partners, advocacy groups, healthcare providers, and payers to enhance program reach and impact.
Oversee the development of amputee support materials, including educational resources, toolkits, and digital platforms, to facilitate empowerment and self-management.
Implement processes and systems to track and measure program effectiveness, including key performance indicators (KPIs), consumer outcomes, and satisfaction metrics.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and ethical guidelines governing patient support programs.
Stay informed about emerging trends, best practices, and advancements in patient support services and healthcare technology to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the amputee support team, fostering a culture of collaboration, empathy, and excellence.
Who are you
Master’s degree in business administration or similar
Extensive experience in consumer support, with a strong track record of leadership and program management
Experience in Digital Marketing, DTC (Direct to Consumer), Data and Commercial
Knowledge of the healthcare industry
Excellent communication skills in English
You are a strong leader with a demonstrated ability to inspire, motivate, and develop high-performing teams. You have strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize, plan, and execute multiple initiatives simultaneously. You also have an analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and insights to evaluate program performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive informed decision-making. The employment
Full time, permanent employment. Start according to agreement. International travelling will be expected 30-60 days a year. Location either Sweden, Denmark or Netherlands.
