We are looking for a Director of Demand Generation

Spiideo is the leading provider of automated broadcasting cloud-based solutions for video analysis and streaming of sports. With an entirely new way of recording, sharing, and analyzing sports performance and producing sports for streaming, Spiideo has a unique position in the market. Our solution strikes the perfect balance between performance, simplicity, and accessibility. Today, Spiideo is used by hundreds of organizations globally, including some of the world’s largest and most well-known professional and collegiate teams. Our customers can typically be found in team sports like soccer, basketball, ice hockey, field hockey, handball, lacrosse, etc.

THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking to expand the Spiideo team further with the addition of a Director of Demand Generation based in Malmö, Sweden. In this role, you will be the bridge between sales and marketing, creating and managing a team of demand generation specialists. Your goal will be to streamline processes and hit key lead generation KPI's through targeted paid ad campaigns. With both brand awareness and conversion in mind, you'll work closely with our sales team to identify key segments and with marketing to create data-driven campaign assets. This is a full-time role with hybrid flexibility to work from either the office or home.

As a Director of Demand Generation at Spiideo, you will:

- Manage processes and execution of ad campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other various channels.
- Work with sales leadership to identify and report on ad campaigns in conjunction with all outbound efforts.
- Give data-driven feedback to the marketing team on campaign assets such as landing pages, display ads, videos, and copy.
- Coordinate and implement the execution of lead generation ad campaigns with our agency partners and team.
- Build dashboards within Salesforce, Pardot, and Google Analytics to make reporting seamless and actionable.
- Contribute to a positive team environment of equity and inclusion


What we are looking for:

- An expert at building and executing ad campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and various other channels.
- Track record from similar roles in Enterprise B2B SaaS companies
- An agile leader who thrives at building processes and teams for generating high-quality leads.
- A data-driven mindset who is always iterating and adjusting based on analytical insight.
- A team player who works effectively with cross-functional teams
- A willing learner for new tools and processes, including Pardot and Salesforce
- Track record from similar roles in Enterprise B2B SaaS
- Great communication skills, including both written communication and presentation skills
- Curious and self-motivated with a positive, team first attitude
- Adaptive to working in a fast-paced, high-growth start-up environment

Location:

This role is based in Malmö, where we have a healthy mix of being at our office in the city center at Lilla Torg in Malmö and remote. You will report to VP of Sales who is based in Denver, Colorado and the VP of Marketing who is based in Malmö, Sweden.
