Director of Engineering Core Products, Telavox

As we are organising for scale we are looking for Engineering Directors to join our fast pace high energy development organisation.

The Engineering Directors at Telavox are crucial key players in our expansion and growth journey.

As Engineering Director, you are responsible for a Product area in the engineering organisation at Telavox.

You will work together with the Product Manager and Design Lead in a tight collaboration to set and implement the strategy for products and services in your respective area. You'll be part of the Product / Engineering Management team leading a team of Engineering Leaders.

The Core Products are the backbone of our business. It's the products the customers use on a daily basis in their digitalisation journey which provide great service. The core products team is responsible for the everyday tools and functions that enable customers to create meaningful and easy communication internally and externally. Core Products include our mobile and web apps, softphone, telephony, PBX services, terminals, video, chat and much more.

You are responsible for prioritisation and high-level planning, ensuring efficiency across the organisation.

You own the area technology stack, set the architectural vision and determine the technical strategy.
