Director of Finance

We are now looking for a Director of Finance to join our Fantastic Team in Sheraton Stockholm !
 
As Director of Finance you will have the overall responsibility for leading the provision of accurate, timely and objective financial data from which informed management decisions can be made. You will lead the preparation of annual budgets and monthly forecasts and reports and provide advice on strategies aimed at cost minimization and maximization of revenue opportunities.
 
Together with the General Manager, you are responsible for the compliance with relevant contractual and legal obligations, the Marriott finance policies and the management contract for the hotel.
 
You will lead and inspire the finance team, conduct development and performance reviews and identify high potentials for further development. You will implement and maintain training systems to ensure that associates have the necessary framework and skills to perform their jobs efficiently and effectively.
As a member of the Executive Committee, you will support the hotel’s financial goals to ensure that financial expectations are met.
 
 
Requirements
This is an ideal role if you are result focused, extremely organized with a strong ability to multi-task. Sound decision making skills and good judgment are critical in this role. We also believe that you have excellent communication skills and that you are a collaborative leader with a strategic and analytical focus.
 
You will have a Bachelor’s degree and/or Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance or related area require, furthermore you should have experience of leading a finance department or have experience as number two in a larger finance department the department and be ready for the next challenge.
