As our global scale-up journey continues, we are looking to bring on board an entrepreneurial and hands-on Director of Finance, that will play a central role in our further expansion.

Some of the things you will do
As our new Director of Finance you will, in close collaboration with the CEO and Management team, support the international growth and market expansion as well as accelerate growth through leveraging the analytical insights gained from the financial framework.
Furthermore you will:
- Enhance the organizational, analytical and financial frameworks of Sendify through improved FP&A, KPI management, reporting and process implementation.
- Lead the financial planning by developing the yearly budget and quarterly forecasts, drive working-capital and cash flow planning, and control for cost-saving potential, while ensuring alignment with the strategic and operational goals.
- Have ownership for Sendify Group P/L and B/S. Overseeing and managing correct accounting for group companies. Handle group consolidation and ensure transfer pricing structures.
- Responsible for financial reporting to the board and investors.
- Assure compliance with financial regulations.
- Have responsibility for ensuring monthly VAT reporting in multiple countries.
- Be involved in setup of new company structures when we enter more markets.
- Act as key stakeholder in further capital raises and owner of financial data room.
- Lead strategic initiatives related to expansion in existing and new markets, including M&A-related projects.
- Act as key stakeholder in ERP related projects.

In order to succeed in the role, we also see you need to have:
- 5+ years of finance experience.
- In addition to above, it is meriting if you have experience of a similar role at a high-growth startup (preferably within marketplace, e-commerce or subscription based business (SaaS) models).
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics.
- Great English & Swedish skills.
- People Management: both handling external contracting teams and building inhouse teams.
- Highly data-driven, with advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
- Base knowledge within accounting.
- Strong ability to prioritize multiple projects and quickly adapt in an evolving environment.
