In this role, you’ll build and lead a team of approximately five functional oriented business controllers who are closely collaborating with local PU controllers. You’re responsible for the development and operations of the finance and performance management processes, as well as analysis and financial support within Seco’s supply. You provide both support and advice in our strategy development and execution in order to enable successful decision making. You drive the development of our operations by validating financial data and communicating facts and numbers, and you interact and collaborate with all our stakeholders to identify improvements in our processes.
You support the performance management process, including KPI development and implementation and are the driver of networking capital efficiency and overall business performance. Other important parts of your assignment are monitoring and analyzing operational results – you manage forecasts, financial results, profitability analysis and advice on profitable growth. On top of this, you proactively drive and develop the financial investment process, including forecasting, appropriation requests and follow-up and you also collaborate with peers in the other Group divisions.
The location for this position is flexible within Europe and some travel is normally included in your job.
We’re looking for a professional with an academic degree in finance or Business Administration, preferably with a few years’ experience from the field. Naturally, you’re an exceptional Excel-user. You’re excellent at stakeholder management and presenting results in a way that make sense is something that comes naturally to you. Being structured, analytical and thorough allows you to keep an overall view and at the same time, spot the details that makes the difference. With your effective communication skills, you build networks and relationships with ease across cultural boarders. Acting in a global environment calls for great English skills, verbally and in writing.
