Director of Group Accounting

Our headquarters are located in Stockholm and we’re expanding internationally, with local products already live in Norway and Spain.

We are now looking for a Director of Group Accounting to join and lead our finance team. We think that the right person for this role has a broad generalist experience in accounting and finance and thrives in fast-growing organizations like KRY. In this role, you will be responsible for all end-to-end financial processes including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecasts preparation, as well as the development of internal control policies and procedures. AsDirector ofGroup Accounting you will work together with internal stakeholders all over KRY Group as well as contact with our external partners. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and ensuring correct internal and external reporting in the KRY group as the company expands internationally and monitor in-year performance, recommending and implementing interventions where necessary.

What you will do:
- Act as project manager for annual reports
- Consolidate accounting monthly and prepare report for board
- Lead projects to scale up financial department, e.g., source salary system
- Update the financial forecast on a quarterly basis, both PnL and Cash position by coordinating with all stakeholders internally
- Coordinate reporting with accounting firms in the different markets and coordinate with auditors, tax authorization, banks, financial advisors and other external parties
- Report financials to investors, on a monthly basis

Who are you?
- 5-8 years of work experience with broad knowledge of all accounting, financial and business principles in a fast-growing company.
- Experience from working at one of the Big 4
- University degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Management/Administration
- Strong skills in accounting and consolidation
- Experience from working hands on with accounting
- Experience from working in a fast-growing company
- Experience from reporting to board
- Excellent stakeholder management skills; internal as well as external stakeholders - ability to influence operating in cross functional teams
- Analytical and thorough with high attention to details.
- Project Manager experience, excellent skills in starting and completing projects
- Self-starter with a solution driven approach
- Full professional proficiency in English, verbal and in writing
