Director of iOS

We are looking for a Director of iOS that wants to have a great impact on how our iOS work is performed, mentor our amazing team, and be a big part of our communication with Apple.

As the Director of iOS at Lifesum, you will be a part of Lifesum’s journey to becoming the world’s leading nutrition app and have great opportunities to utilize cutting edge technologies and have an impact on which technologies that the iOS team uses.

Responsibilities and what you will do

As the Director of iOS at Lifesum you will:

- Mentor, manage, and coach our iOS team to help them reach new heights
- Formulate, implement and maintain the roadmap for the iOS development
- Manage and maintain our relationship with Apple
- Work with iOS development


Are you the one we're looking for?

To be successful in this position we believe that you have

- 7+ years experience working with iOS development
- 5+ years experience working in iOS leadership positions
- Solid knowledge of design patterns, architecture, functional programming, and how to apply
- Excellent communication and leadership skills as well as an analytical mindset
- Proficiency in Swift and Objective-C development




Our team is a mix of more senior and junior developers. Experience and a will to mentor the iOS team members within architectural aspects and decisions we feel is a must for this position. Test-Driven Development experience will also help you a lot in this position.
