Arbetsbeskrivning
Scope:
• Running the day to day operations of the company by tracking goal adherence, keeping check on progress and orchestrating team members across different lines of effort - e.g. search engine optimization blended with documentation improvement.
• Maintaining the discipline of the company through holding weekly one-on-one meetings.
• Continually driving your own professional development to help challenge the direction of the company in the space and identify opportunities.
• Lead by example by taking your share of marketing and sales activities, particularly at the early stage of a new acquisition.
• Maintain budget compliance and ensure cash burn does not exceed monthly income.
• Generate marketing forecasts and tests to find new revenue streams and product-market fit.
• Match internal needs that are not met by internal expertise with cost-effective consulting.
• Contribute to best practice discussion throughout Xenon.
• Own and implement the Xenon playbook
• Assist in other business functions as required
• Take over EU operations and develop a level of autonomy for two target acquisitions at a date TBD (~June 2022)
• Understudy your GM, and prepare to take on a company of your own at short notice.
