The job

The position will take leadership and ownership of the flow of raw materials from suppliers to distribution of products. It involves continuously improvement and re-evaluation of purchasing as well as logistic activities, to achieve a supply chain of world class. 

The main tasks include:

* Aligning procurement initiatives to financial goals
* Inventory control
* Develop supplier strategies and relationship
* Logistic setup for warehouse including arrival and delivering of goods, distribution and freight
* Direct and indirect purchasing
* Leader of eight employees

Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business or logistics/supply chain is required
* 5 years’ experience of purchase in the Medical Device industry or Pharmaceutical
* 7 years’ experience in supply chain environment
* 5 years leadership experience
* Demonstrated skills in negotiations in an international environment
* Demonstrated experience in change management both creating visions and implement actions to achieve goals
* High level communication skills in English and Swedish
* Ability to partner and influence across organizational lines as well as externally
