Key Responsibilities
· Lead the design and system team, developing ORAN 7.2 Mplane features
· Lead day-to-day execution of design and testing according the plans and targets
· Drive OpenRAN system integration and verification.
· Drive financial planning including OPEX and CAPEX needs
· Work with internal stakeholders and Customers to define winning portfolio and roadmap
· Convert customer requirements and expectations to best in class design innovation
· Provide active support for, product management, pre-sales and marketing activities including technical solutions support
· Provide guidance and leadership
· Line management with direct reports
Job Requirements
· Proven leadership track record from complex multi-national 4G and 5G radio product, as a people manager or program manager.
· Solid knowledge on cost efficient manufacturing methodologies and technologies
· Excellent inter-personal and leadership skills
· High learning agility and ability to quickly grasp and adapt to new technologies and concepts.
· Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
· Excellent presentation skills for a variety of audiences including executives, partners, and customers
· Curious minded person striving for continuous learning and innovation
· Ability to quickly grasp and adapt to new technologies and concepts

· Experience in building a whole Radio
· Experience in developing O-RAN related product
· Experience of both People manager and program manager in Radio area.
· Knowledge of O-RAN mission and specifications, functional disaggregation, especially the 7.2 Mplane.
· Knowledge and understanding of principles and technology in the area of management, including TMN, FCAPS, Management technology, , SNMP, information modelling.
· Knowledge of control and management of network elements using a variety of interfaces, such as NETCONF/YANG, Web APIs, message queues, files and databases
