When creating our service philosophy we took inspiration from the champions of service, such as luxury brands and hotels, rather than our competitors in the insurance industry. We want to be known for our exceptional service and we are looking for an ambitious director of service to lead the way.
What about the role?
As a Director of Service (IEX) in Hedvig, you will be expected to build a remarkable insurance experience by developing our claims and customer support. We will be expanding to new markets and launching new insurance products, and when doing this we need to ensure that we continue to deliver and improve our outstanding insurance experience.
As a Director of Service (IEX), you will lead the global service unit by setting and implementing a global service strategy and roadmap. You will work on constantly improving our teams’ effectiveness and capacity. You will define processes, set high standards, and use OKRs to get us there. You will partner with tech and product teams to make sure our internally developed systems and customer-facing platforms are aligned with our remarkable insurance experience strategy.
As we are expanding globally you will lead the set up of service units in new markets. Partnering with different internal teams will be key to your success. You will be part of the Hedvig leadership team.

As the Director of Service (IEX) in Hedvig, we believe that you are an inspiring leader within service. Your passion for delivering outstanding and remarkable service is what drives you. You get things done and you are innovative. For you to succeed in the position we believe that you should have the following:
• You have experience leading a service team/unit.
• You have experience with processes, tools, and systems.
• You have experience managing and leading people.
Again it is your passion, commitment to outstanding service, and personality that matter the most. Yet, having experience from insurance, or tech companies is a big plus.
