Join us as Director Project Management Office within Fresenius Kabi, Operations Sweden and our production units Uppsala and Brunna/Kungsängen.
PMO is the support function within Operations Sweden and the purpose is to support the growth through efficient execution of strategically important projects, both technical projects and product introductions.
Your assignments
Your primary function will be to coordinate the project engineers and project managers to get the various projects past the drawing board phase, followed by the preparation of the capital expenditure approval and throughout the implementation phase and completion of the project. You will function as a point of contact for all technical topics and responsible for the delivery of these reports to the Management Team.
In this role you will be a member of the Operations Sweden Management Team and you will report to Vice President Operations Sweden. In addition, you will work closely with our global engineering team in the business unit Nutrition we are part of. Our two plants follow a defined strategy on what projects are prioritized focusing on capacity extension, sustainability, digitalization, modernization, continuous improvements, and others.
Assignments:
Evaluate business relevance for all project ideas
Propose prioritization of ongoing and planned projects
Optimize resource utilization and competence in projects as well as resolve resource conflicts
Support the organization in change management linked to ongoing and planned projects
Ensure that targets are communicated to and supported by own organization
Work with continuous improvements in line with the strategy of Operations Sweden
Responsible for the given budget within the own organization
Cooperation with other Fresenius Kabi Operations
Continuous monitoring of trends and technical development
Provide support and guidance for project teams to implement methodology and to establish comprehensive project documentation
Your profile

Competences:
University degree in engineering, or a similar education
Several years of project management experience in the pharmaceutical industry, managing capital projects, preferable in a manufacturing environment
Very good cGMP knowledge, including equipment / facilities qualification (OQ, IQ, PQ)
Outstanding interpersonal skills and strong ability to inspire multi-disciplinary teams to reach a common goal
Experience in Change Management
Broad experience in Leadership
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills and independent, process-oriented way of working
Ability to work under pressure and in complex and global environments
Fluent English skills – written and spoken
Scandinavian language skills would be an advantage
