Job Summary
We are seeking an accomplished and strategic-minded professional to join our organization as the Director PSE Strategy, Portfolio & Category Management.
In this pivotal position you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of our Processing Solutions Strategy. You will play a crucial role in shaping the organization's business strategies. You will drive the strategic narrative to empower decision making and build a strong foundation to secure competitiveness, fostering cross-functional collaboration to achieve long-term growth objectives.
The position is permanent and based in Lund, Sweden, some travelling is required.
What you will do
As Director PSE Strategy, Portfolio & Category Management you will drive the development of the Processing Solutions business strategy and lead the planning process for strategy review. You will also be the inspiring people leader for a small effective team of professionals.
You will be responsible for
Ensuring synchronized strategy deployment in collaboration with Market Operations to achieve successful implementation across all markets for all our PSE business streams.
Developing and driving cross-business sector and function strategies, including sustainability, covering portfolio/product development, communication, and capability build-up.
Developing and executing application capabilities and networks strategy for Processing Solutions in close partnership with the Business Sectors.
Acting as the PSE Business Unit process owner for Solution Lifecycle Management, consolidating roadmaps for all business streams and prioritizing initiatives over a 3-year period.
Leading global competitor, market, and industry intelligence efforts for Processing Solutions in collaboration with the Market Operations Global organization.
Establishing and nurturing the required networks between Business Units (Packaging and Services), Business Sectors (Liquid Food Solutions, Food Solutions, Channel Management & Key Components) Business Streams (subcategories) and Market Operations.

We believe you have
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.
Some experience in strategic planning, portfolio management, or business development, with a focus on equipment business and sustainability.
Demonstrated experience in developing and driving cross-functional strategies.
Proven track record in leading business strategy development and implementation.
Fluent in English, written and spoken
Proven experience in managing complex healthy tension prioritisation discussions with stakeholders at all levels of a cross cultural organisation

You are a result orientated and a self-motivated person with excellent understanding of solution and portfolio lifecycle management and roadmap consolidation. You are an effective communicator and collaborator, adept at working with diverse teams and stakeholders and in creating engagement in a matrix organization. Strategic thinking comes naturally to you, and you have the ability to align strategies with the company's overall objectives. Your analytical and problem-solving skills are excellent, with the ability to analyze market trends and industry intelligence.
