Together, we will continue to grow and build state-of-the-art technology. You will be part of the Safety, Quality & Regulations management team and report directly to VP Safety, Quality & Regulations.
To make this a success:
We are seeking a seasoned Director to lead and oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of our Quality Management System (QMS). Our QMS includes the organization's policies, objectives, and processes for quality assurance and control, aiming to meet customer needs and exceed their expectations while complying with relevant regulations and standards. Our QMS facilitates systematic planning, implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of quality throughout the organization, fostering a culture of excellence, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
As the Electromobility technology area is still relatively new to the commercial vehicle industry, best practices are developing rapidly. We are determined to stay best-in-class over time, just as we are with today’s technology. To ensure this, we believe that you have a solid career in the quality field as well as experience to lead and foster quality via requirements, tools, processes and culture in the field of Electromobility.

What to bring:
* Extensive QMS experience, preferably from IATF 16949
* Extensive experience of systematic processes ASPICE, ISO26262 & ISO21434
* Deep knowledge of best-in-class processes and compliance for quality reviews, and internal and external audits
* Managerial experience (leading people), preferably within automotive industry
* Demonstrated ability to balance strategic, holistic end-to-end views with operational considerations.
* Engineering education, preferably a MSc.
Work location is in Gothenburg at the Group Trucks Technology HQ.
